We have Indians, Americans, British, French and Germans on board. Most of the cruises are over the month. Therefore the majority are holiday makers who come to cruise for their holidays. What I found interesting is that Indians and Americans visit cruises often. The cruises have a different average passenger per cruise and the majority of them are local people.
Are you expanding your business to other cities?
It is a good plan but it is dependent on the demand. We are looking forward to expanding in the rest of the cities as well.
Where do you see your business five years from now?
The cruise tourism industry in India is expected to grow by 60% per annum for the next five years. Hence we also see a bright future for our business.
